This picture is taken from the Manchester United Player by Player book and has been wonderfully signed by Whitehust in black ink. His regular position was at wing-half. This Busby Babe was born in Manchester and played just one game for United in the 1955-56 season. He also played for Chesterfield. Walter Whitehurst died on 20th January 2012, aged 77, after being ill for some time. This is a very rare item and would be a great addition to any Man United collection.
